Interlace uses 2 fields for a frame .
progressive video uses a single image.
The bigger the resolution and frame size the better quality the video will be and displayed. However the bigger you go the more expensive it gets therefore it can become very expensive depending on the quality wanted. Most cameras shoot at 720p.
White Balance
You have to change your settings according to the conditions that you are working within.
